Having branched out in the world of pop-up dinner events, in association with the Jamaica Tourist Board, Conde Nast Traveller brought yet another culinary experience to town. Taking place at Rudie’s, a Chefs’ World Series: A Jamaican Feast in London featured two of Jamaica’s top chefs; Chef Martin Maginley and Chef Christopher Golding.
As executive chef at Jamaica’s Round Hill Hotel and Villas, Martin Maginley is known for his playful cooking, creating fusion dishes such as jerk-chicken spring rolls. Chef Christopher Golding is best known for his farm to table approach at the Half Moon hotel’s Sugar Mill restaurant in Montego Bay.
